Weekend itinerary

A Lake Superior-first Duluth weekend.

Start with Canal Park and the harbor, give Saturday to Lake Superior or the North Shore, and keep enough evening for a warm meal after the lake wind.

By Cal Mercer — a Second Star Guide itinerary

A Duluth weekend can combine Canal Park, one North Shore or city-trail day, and a final Lakewalk or overlook before departure.

Best length
